Can someone please tell me why there's so many Cotto haters in Eastside Forum??

    Seriously what is ist with the Cotto hate in this forum or the hate towards PR fighters????

    Is it envy or what???

    I understand hating on a fighter that's overrated or a fighter that sucks balls but Cotto is an elite boxer... he's a complete boxer and gives us all awesome fights for us to watch...

    I guess you guys prefer Preety Boring Floyd or Bernard Popkins... Nothing agaisnt them but yes they are boring as hell boxers...

    I'm not even from Puerto Rico but I think Cotto is the best right along with Kelly Pavlik, Joe Calzaghe, Manny Paquiao he is one of the fighters that gives us boxing fans good fights and everybody keeps saying that he is overrated and that he would get beaten by Santos..???

    WTF??

    and about Margarito.. Ohh please Expect Cotto to look like the best ever against that mummy...

    Let the insults flyyyyy!!! lol!

    I don't think there is that much hate for him on this forum. When the Floyd/Cotto verbal wars were on the Cotto fans were on this **** full force. Every thread was either a Cotto thread or Floyd thread. It got very very boring. The keyboard wars ended when Floyd retired and now the Marg fans are out. The Cotto guys are just being chill right now. We have enough confidence in Cotto that we're just waiting for the fight. I'm Mexican by the way and a Cotto fan. It's not a PR/Mex thing.

    :thumbsup Im English ffs,and i love the cat.
    No true Fight fan should have anything but the utmost respect for him.You may like or rate other fighters more,but how can a Boxing fan dislike Cotto the warrior?:huh
    Its people like him that make me love this sport.:good

    I know and I admitt Margarito is tough SOB too but I just don't see him winning this fight..

    you never know though...

    May the best man win but this hate against good fighters pisses me off...

    Yeah, Marg has what it takes to pull an upset. Either way, it's gonna be a good freakin fight.

    here on esb there r few cotto haters but there r a few of them. but before the night of the cotto fight they come out like a invasion of cockroach's.

    Im a AM fan and a fan of Cotto. . . because Im a boxing fan first and foremost, these guys are taking on the biggest possible threat at WW by facing each other.

    Don't know... consequently I don't know why there's so many Margo haters as well. Both of these guys are fun as hell to watch on a good night so I don't see the reason for all the hate. I'm a fan of both and expect a great and competitive fight on Saturday. Let's get this **** started!!

    I agree with you too much hate on this forum. Too bad you are a hater yourself. Margarito is so hated on this forum its sick. I am also picking Cotto to beat Margarito but people on here act like he is just some bum. I actually would not be surprised to see Cotto getting off the canvas a few times to win this.

    Cotto is one of the big names on here who doesn't appear to have any haters in numbers. Give it time though.
