All boxers have been police tagged for 24 hours a day, as world governments think they're all trying to take over the world.

People were forced to accept Joe Calzaghe is arguably the best of all time after his wins over Jeff Lacy (which led to teh term Lacyed/Lacying being invented so horrific was the beating) and seemingly invincible Mikkel Kessler.

Welcome back, dude. Make your way down to the lounge when you get the chance.

Ok, so some big fights of the last two years...Calzaghe-Lacy, Barrera-Marquez, the first two Marquez-Vasquez fights, Klitschko-Byrd II, Brewster-Lyakhovich are a few good fights that were important. Also, Hatton-Mayweather, Mosley-Cotto; and just for the scale of the event; De La Hoya-Mayweather.

After beating Tito Trinidad, Roy Jones is once again the P4P best in the sport. At least that's what RJJ will say. Everything else is irrelevant. :)

Diego Corrales died via a drunk motorcycle crash.

Pacquiao beat Morales 2 out of 3 times, and beat Barrera.

    JM Marquez beat Barrera.

Isreal Vasquez and Rafael Marquez have had 2 great fights.

Floyd Mayweather beat Zab Judah, Carlos Baldomir, Oscar De La Fishnet, and Ricky Hatton.

Oscar De La Hoya likes to wear women's clothes.

Golden Boy Promotions is taking over.

Arturo Gatti took a couple of more bad beatings.

Quitali Quitschko pulled out of a 5th straight fight.

Kelly Pavlik went from prospect to Middleweight champ, knocking out Fulgencio Zuniga, Bronco McKart, Jose Luis Zertuche, Edison Miranda and Jermain Taylor (Taylor-Pavlik was a great fight).

Juan Diaz cemented his spot as a legitimate titleholder, unifying 3 belts by destroying both Popo Freitas and Julio Diaz.

Joe Calzaghe established himself as Lineal SMW champ, beating Jeff Lacy and Mikkel Kessler.

Chad Dawson looks like he should be the man in LHW soon, beating Tomas Adamek and fighting Glen Johnson soon.

Bernard Hopkins became an ancient LHW Ring champ, beating Antonio Tarver and Winky Wright, and will be fighting Calzaghe soon.

Mayweather still P4P #1 beating DLH in a fight that broke all the sales records, and beating Ricky Hatton by KO.

Miguel Cotto established himself as legit, beating Zab Judah and Shane Mosley, among others.

Zab Judah has lost most of his luster, losing to Floyd Mayweather, Carlos Baldomir (who also beat Gatti, but lost to Mayweather and Forrest) and Miguel Cotto.

Rafael Marquez and Israel Vasquez had two absolute wars, splitting their fights with each other, and rematching for the trilogy in a month. Those were the two best fights of the last two years, IMHO.

The Heavyweight situation is still no better really. Wladimir and a bunch of no-name Soviets hold the belts; however, Wladimir and Sultan "Barney Rubble" Ibragamov are unifying in a month.

Pacquiao and JMM are finally rematching now. Pacquiao hasn't lost in the past couple years, beating Morales and Barrera again.

Deaths: Chico Corrales (bike accident), Choi Yo-Sam (in the ring), Trevor Berbick (murdered)
Retirements: Arturo Gatti, Popo Freitas, Kosta Tszyu, Fernando Vargas
Guys who retired but have already come back: Erik Morales, MAB, Hopkins

Look up the Wilson vs. Nwodo knockout on youtube. KO of 2007. Other great KOs to look up - Nonito Donaire KO Vic Darchinyan, Arthur Abraham KO Khoren Gevor, Kermit Cintron KO Walter Mathysse, Daniel Ponce De Leon KO Sod Lookyanantoy, Shannon Briggs KO Serguei Lyakhovich (though the rest of the fight sucked ass), Calvin Brock KO Zuri Lawrence, Alejandro Berrio KO Yusef Mack (the 'kiss and knock out')
