Youtube you just type in the link, www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjTHLPmfBCQ and to embed the video you take the part of the link after v=, the bolded part, and while making the post click 'go advanced' and put the Youtube tags around the bolded part. The insert image icon when you make a post is how you add images, but you can just make the post and then edit it and copy and past the image into the post.
