Can someone tell me what is the best way to lose fat?

    i need to make weight for the fall 141 lbs (i know i still have time) im in the 160s since i had to stop training after an injury so i gained weight. im kind of struggling to lose the weight and want to keep it off and stay around the high 140s. id appreciate the help

    everyones body type is different and reponds differently. Eat less and run. Eat fewer carbs and mix sprints with long distance

    Work out how many calories you need to consume in order to maintain your current weight then -250.

    wake up first thing in the morning and go for a run this will kick start your metabolism eat oats after your run fruits eggs tuna lean meats like turkey and chicken and fish do some trainin and run again at night youll lose 5 to 10 pounds in a week guarenteed
