    Langford was not Ezzard Charles.

Langford has so many fights with so many wins over great fighters, it's just incredible.
Only Greb rivals him in that respect.
Langford's fighting weight varies in different accounts, some say he was 160 or 165 in best shape, like Greb.

Arguably Langford's number 1 pound-for-pound, number 1 at middleweight, number 1 at light-heavyweight and within the top 5 at heavyweight.

Langford took Jack Johnson to the limit twice and beat a lot of the same heavyweights from that era. Also, he was a much smaller man that fought with a blind eye.
