Can somone tell me about the BHOP postfight interview??

It was unnecessary, but hey; you get caught up in the moment after a big win and get carried away. I have a 16 year old friend who won his second fight (amateurs) against a kid making his debut and stopped him, and afterwords he went over and said "don't let it get you down, I got my ass kicked my first fight too." He didn't even realize the way that could be taken.

 

All hopkins said was he "was as real as it gets." He's "from the streets." He said this to give credence to his claims about Pavlik having heart, fighting like a black fighter, etc.

 

Whats the big deal? Hops got carried away in the dying seconds, but later found his composure...acting or not, he did give Kelly some good advice.
