I am asking truthfully, can SRL concievably defeat Napolez if cuts are not a factor? I seen this matchup first in a 1982 issue of KO and they took the easy way out by saying cuts would open up and decide the issue But Can Sugar just plain take him out? or does Napoles outhustled him the way Aaron Pryor would? Plz no hatas
Typical poster:..The Cuban Henry Cooper suffers cuts over both eyes during referee's instructions...loses by tko.
ur d hata if u say Aaron Pryor would outhustle him . Pryor couldn't have outhustled a worn fragile Arguello without cheating . U don't do any good 2 your argument if u yourself believe that Napoles' chances are about as good as Pryor . It's self explanatory in a way u didn't want it 2b.
Leonard just has too much speed and movement imo, I know Napoles has cut (no pun) other boxer movers down but I don't think he can with Leonard, who is also naturally the bigger man
**** I thought it was about SRR, ok, yeah just replace Robinsons name with Leonards and my post still stands
It would be close but no cigar for Ray. As talented as Leonard was, Napoles was too well-rounded in both skill and power. While both combatants have the slickness to negate each others', I feel Mantequilla's punching abilities are the tie-breaker here, which is why I like Napoles by UD.
