3 ) Your agenda is obvious...and you still can't get the details right. The only thing you likely got correct if Jeffries would have whiped Johnson far worse than Hart did if they fought in 1905. Looking back, Jeffries should have fought Hart, as it would have shown what would have likely happened, but the demand for the fight was low as people saw it as a mismatch. If Hart was black, I bet everything I have you would have said Jeffries ducked him.

Any time I've read anything on Baer, it has said, he only wore the star on his trunks to gain popularity from the Jewish fans.

These guys are cowards for not facing black men. So as Seamus said, they were white champs.
They were cowards because they didn't want to lose (potentially) to a black man, and cowards because they used pressure from other people as an excuse, when they were in a position of influence to change public opinion...

I'm sure they would have won some, lost some, but to take a stand like that looks awful.

Imagine how history could have changed had one of those guys stepped up and did the right thing.
