It's obvious you're a hater, so we're not going to be able to have an intelligent debate.

Again, I'm not saying Roy could achieve great things at heavy. I'm saying that he could have beaten SOME heavies, who simply wouldn't be able to catch him.

Roy at heavy was a better version of David Haye, but without Haye's power.

Haye's movement caused Wlad all sorts of trouble, and although he clearly won the fight, he couldn't land clean and knock him out.

Wlad is a skilled guy with lots of attributes, with advantages in height and reach etc over most of his opponents.

    He couldn't get to Haye.

Yet someone like Arreola is going to find Roy?

I could give many more examples.

Roy could beat certain heavies. He beat Ruiz who was as good as guys like Arreola.

Del Boy Chisora is a slugger. He isn't skilled. I don't see him getting to Roy.

You think Roy was prime when he lost to Tarver?

    At 35?

After rushing back from heavy and losing 14 pounds of MUSCLE?

    After 50 fights?

He's been knocked out 4 times. Twice at 35, once at 40, and once at 42.

Ruiz could hit harder than Tarver and Johnson, but he couldn't knock him out.

ANY fighter at 175, could have knocked Roy out, but they never had the opportunity.

His glass jaw would only get shattered by a heavy if they'd have had the OPPORTUNITY!

Most of the guys listed aren't even skilled.

    Ruiz couldn't knock him out.

Do you think Valuev would have beaten the Ruiz version of Roy then?

    Just because of his size?

Roy would easily have beaten a fighter like Valuev.

    Great post!

Too many idiots on here that are just picturing Roy losing to Tarver and Johnson, and then thinking that the heavies could obviously hit harder than those two.

Go and watch Roy vs Ruiz, and then tell me guys like Chisora and Arreola would get to him.

Why is everybody saying that Roy has a weak chin. He took some big punches in his career and was only shaky after his move back down from heavy weight
