Can the UK learn anything from the way the Germans are doing boxing at the moment?

    Yea I'm not suggesting we need to do the same cheesy things.

    I just think they are doing well at the moment in making the shows a spectacle the public want to see (despite the fact they have no huge name boxers themselves) and that great swathes of the German public are tuning to watch the fights. In a way, it's similar to what used to happen over here, but we seem to have sadly lost some of that.

    C'mon it would be great if 40% of the UK TV audience was tuning into the fight this week.

    Germany is basically where we were in the Eubank/Benn era, they're experiencing that boom, they're just a few years behind us.
