Can Theopane pull off the upset?

    If Broner trains like he did against Porter, I give Theopane a good chance. He's super gritty, and he's going to give Broner his all. I just hope Broner is starting to take his career more seriously, he's still young enough to turn it around.

    He has little to no power, he's struggle with completely average fighters and lost to many of them, he's nowhere near as good as Allahkverdiev or even Taylor, so I have a hard time seeing it. Broner does a number on him and make even get the late stoppage.

    Broner is the biggest rise and fall in modern boxing. He had so much potential but he let that Maidana loss ruin him. I think he fought his heart out and has been in bad fights ever since.

    He also gave Garcia hell though. Some people say he beat Garcia. If Broner doesnt take this fight seriously like he did with Porter where he was partying, and hanging out at the gym before the day before the fight, I can see an upset.

    Do you remember how fat Broner was in vegas during the weekend of Mayweather/Canelo. I dont think Maidana was his downfall, it's always been his lack of hardwork. He had all the physical talent in the world, his motivation wasn't that great. We need the Broner from the Demarco fight back, Broner beat DeMarco way better than Valero did.

    I'm pretty excited for this fight. It's going to be a barn burner, Theopane isnt going down without a fight.

    I've never seen that fight, but that probably has more to do with Danny being very average as well and this was before he had a lot of experience at the top level of the sport.

    I don't really care he loses or not, I'll laugh my ass off if he does. But to be honest I think Broner could beat Danny Garcia if focused, its a pity he's such a slacker.

    How do you know how he trained against the drained, dehydrated Kell Brook Jr (with his soul in his dad's trophy cabinet)?

    With fair judges and a fair ref Theophane could pull off the upset being these two are evenly match club fighters and given USA tend to choke in world title fights with Brits.

    However fair ref/ judges are alien to Broner fights.

    Theophane is feather fisted, so he needs to prove hos feathers are stronger than Broner's glass to win.
