    Toney is having a very hard time beating fighters that would get embarrassed by any of the champions. No he will not win a belt.

    Toney won the IBA Heavyweight Title against Fres Oquendo. It may not be the WBA but still that is pretty good.

    Your probably right, his best chance would be at 200lbs now. Or a challenge against Haye if he wins. Haye may take this fight because Toney is a good name.
