We've been asking ourselves this question since he bitzed Ruiz in 1996. Tua will do what Tua does; go on a winning streak, build credibility and just as he enters the title picture, het outboxed by a superior technician (Lewis, Byrd, Rahman).

Maybe he'll do a Briggs: win one alphabet title then once again get outboxed.

    Speaking of Briggs,
maybe Tua ought to fight him?

I think Tua has one last run in him

I pick him to pick up a belt in 2011.

I agree. I've been saying sinces Tua's last comeback.... that he should just sign with King and say 'get me a belt'.

Don King's going to make as much money as he can off Tua, but he'd get him the big fights. And Tua got ****ed by Barry and Pugh, and isn't getting much out of Kushner, so what's to lose?

Hell, even Larry Holmes said somthing like "I made more money being ripped off by Don King than I would have being paid right by anyone else" :D

Sounds about right. Some quick cash, quick title shots and get out.

I wish he had signed with King 2 years ago.

One of the most over-rated HW's either. In retrospect, beating Rahman, Ruiz and Maskaev who all went on to be titlists might have made him unlucky not the be a belt-holder at the least, but he had his chances, Byrd etc. People think a very good chin and a powerful left-hook makes him match up well with some ATG's.

If only he could prove that he comes near ATG potential...

He'll always have the punch, but as the years go by it's going to get more and more difficult for him to deliver it. He might have a chance against Haye, but no way against a Klitschko.

 Yeah, we know how diverse the Klits r, then again, I agree that he most probably won't be able to win a belt @ this point.

    He's too trusting by far.

And from what I read now, I think his mrs seems like she's pulling the strings, and might be ****ing a few things up.

I would say yes, I am with most of the board in that I don't think that he can beat a Klitschko. If he got Wlad on the chin though it could be lights out but Wlad could also make him look really bad, I can't see him beating Vitali period. He could KO Haye if he catches him.
