hell no he got kd by pajkic and a cruiserweight. he would get killed once he faces a real heavyweight
now, i predict his cousin Hughie Fury to be a heavyweight champion one day... it will definitely be after the Klitschkos retire, considering he just had his 2nd pro fight yesterday
Also for a 24 year old, 21 fight boxer, his resume is pretty impressive Chisora Maddalone Rogan Johnson Cunningham I mean, its not great...but its a lot better than any other guy around his age and experience. Compare that to Wlads first 21 fights
Yeah, hes already an east top 10, maybe top 5 fighter. Doesnt change the fact that hes still 24,with loads of time to improve. When Wlad was his age he was getting chased around the ring by Ross Purrity
There are to many heavyweights who are better than him right now. Povetkin, Pulev, Vitali, Wladimir, Haye and many others where Fury would have a very very hard and close fight in order to win. People say he can improve yet he never impressed me. Beating a guy like Johnson is not impressiv for me. Fury had problems to get past Mcdermott (getting a lucky decision in the first fight and having a very hard fight in theire second). Let alone how he looked against Firtha, Pajkic or Cunningham. His best win his now Cruiserweight Steve Cunningham. He did not faced a prime strong heavyweight till now! Just name me one strong and in prime heavyweight Fury faced! He is now fighting 5 years and never looked very impressiv for me. He is a good fighter and not easy to beat at all but I doubt that he will ever reach World Class level. But alone his size will win him fights like it does now.
Wlad hold world title at age of 24 also. Earlier than Lennox Lewis. Well Wlad is better than Lennox so that should not come as a big surprise.
The WBO belt? When Lennox was coming up, nhe didnt have the luxury of fighting for the WBO belt. He won a real world title in his 23rd fight. He did however manage to build a resume better than anything Wlad ever did or will be able to do.
Yes he can. He can box beautifully when he puts his mind to it. Yesterday he was far too hyped up and almost paid the price.
You mean his dodgy decision against Ray Mercer and the life death with Zagreb Bob, or fat old Tyson? Or the two close affairs with Holy? No wait, I get it, it's another tko6 thread..
