Can Ugonoh do better and be a force at the HWs?

If he paced himself better against Breazeale he would have beaten him. He was dumb in there trying to get him out of there quickly.

He needs to get more active as he's only had 1 full round since that Breazeale fight and needs to face Helenius/Kevin Johnson types in the near future. Going from facing very low level NZ journeymen to facing Breazeale was far too big a step especially when guys were dropping like flies and staying down unlike Breazeale who would fight back and get back up from knockdowns.

How is he easily top 10 when he got stopped the moment he fought a top 10 fighter?

I like him but he needs to fight top 15 guys and get a proper trainer, Barry isn’t cutting it.

God know, if Breazeale just exhuasted and KOed him in a couple rounds Ugonoh should definitely stay far away from Miller for a while. Id like to see him fight a few smaller tough journeyman types to get his feet back on the ground, the Szpilka/Molina/Washington/Kuaffman/ Flores type of fighter before he takes on a contender again. Get a bit of experience, he went too hard too fast vs Breazeale, learn to time his shots, combos and flurries against tougher fighters first, let the man work his way back into contention instead of simply feeding him to the sharks.

He needs to pace himself better and don't go all out in the first 4 rounds and he should improve his defense, if
he fought a more intelligent fight he wouldn't have lost against titty boy.

You might want to re-watch that fight. Ugonoh's footwork and punch placement were awful and he kept firing extremely wide punches while leaving his chin wide open. Breazeale was landing the better shots while using considerably less energy and also taking much less damage. For every two steps Breazeale would take Ugonoh would take 8-10 steps. It was only a matter of time before Ugonoh started gassing out from all of that unnecessary moving around the ring Ugonoh was doing.

Ugonoh's footwork, defense, timing, and ring efficiency aren't good enough for me to see him beating anybody in the top top 10 or even 20 in the heavyweight division. Don't see him ever being a force in the heavyweight divsion.
