His chin was tested at least 4 times in the opening few rounds and although he appeared stunned (esp in the first round) he held up well.

Stand and trade with someone who can hit just as hard as him, who has fast hands, show mental toughness to stay in the fight despite taking hard shots, quick reactions etc

Nope. Those days are gone. Old Vitali fights more defensive and throws 1000 shoulder punches.

No. Obviously he can't. His reflexes and his speed in general has diminished. That was Vitali as his best. Everyone around him said that he got 50% better after his fight with Lewis. Just the confidence of knowing that he performed so well in that fight. Those few fights after the Lewis fight (before his retirement) were the best he ever looked.

Corrie Sanders was an awkward, quick dude. RIP

    Nah.

Old, slow Vitali just throws thumbs & waits for the ring doctor to bail him out.

The better question would be: can Klitschko find an opponent like this again?

    Rip Corrie.

Looks can be so deceiving, while Sanders looked awful physically he still possessed more natural athleticism than Vitali, with better conditioning he might have pulled this one off.

    not really

now he toys with his opponents, like a cat playing with a mouse before eating dinner
