still make 160, i mean would he drain or w/e if he were to make it or could he still make it without too much of a problem, also, do you guys ever see him going up to 175?

Ward fought at 178 lbs as an amatuer in 2004. Chad Dawson started his pro career at 162 lbs and bulked up.

Andre Ward has had to cut weight his entire career. Every fight. Andre is the natural Light Heavy Weight and he has a Gold Medal to prove it. Deal with it

He has clearly stated that he could not/will not go down to even 164. So let's end that thought.

He will almost certainly eventually move up to 175. I think he would prefer to get some more big money fights at SMW. Don't know how many of those will be available though.

hes one of the 3 biggest pay days at smw why would he not get the fights? i think bute froch have whole countrys behind them so they might be able to generate more but who knows.

the question is when will he move up, and how far up will he move cruiser after lhw?

Actually he isn't a natural light heavy. He had to pig out to make that weight in the olympics.

No he hasn't seemed to be undersized against anyone at 168 lbs and in fact looks to be a big 168 lbs fighter who could fight at 175 lbs easily, I don't think he could make 160 lbs without his performance suffering and this could lead to lesser fighters beating him who wouldn't be competitive at 168 lbs.

At what weight did Dawson challenge Ward, and who's titles were they fighting for?
