    Ah right nice one I saw a video of him sparring with Paddy Gallagher he looks strong. Everyone in Belfast is raving about this kid..even Barney Francis is making a comeback specifically just for him.. looking forward to his debut :)

    Some guys on here need golden boy or may whether to come and tell them who is good, how you think promoters find good or great fighters....

    They watch them spare champs, and watch them in amateurs.

    Does anyone else wonder if the emergence of BT/Boxnation & ITV could have a negative effect on boxing in this contry, especially when it comes to the big domestic dust ups we crave so much. Negotiations would be a nightmare with all the different splits and arguing over which broadcast would get to show the fight. Atleast when all fighters are under one house the fight is easier to get made.

    I personally would rather see matchroom just dominate the sport in this counrty and snap up all the prospects and get them to fight each other on their way up. The way things are going I see FW & Hearn protecting their fighters more than ever through fear of losing a star because of an L on his record.

    I think competition is necessary because when matchroom had most of the fighters they weren't exactly matching the best with each other although they did put up some good fights within there stable.

    I do get what you mean though but I think with this BT deal if it is successful we will see Eddie forced to do deals with Frank as he will now have more money and a bigger stable.
