Well Khan fought the best or tried to fight the best fighters at his prime division of 140. Can't say he ducked anyone there.

Thurman & Brook have been fapping around at 147 for their whole careers pretty much. Spence has swooped in and slapped everyone around.

 

Common enough where elite world champions have had it fractured and still won their fights.

I said it before Thurman doesn’t want any parts of Errol Spence, I’m not sure about Crawford yet coz he hasn’t even fought in the division yet. But Spence and Thurman have a history and Spence has always been the one who wanted the fight.

 

He is certainly a good talker. Spence will body him.

 

Exactly, Thurman is more proven at WW currently than anyone
other than Pac and Bradley.

Think about the level he's at then consider he's only
a year older than Spence, yet he's been in the conversation
for the past 6 years. Thurman has ducked no one, indeed,
no one was calling him out until the past couple years and he was the guy
getting avoided. And even with the long layoffs, he gets right
back into the ring with the top guys..........and wins.
Thurman was not the recipient of positive matchmaking, he came
up hard, and was matched against every type of style.

I'm amazed at the criticism he gets, he was Floyd's mandatory for 2 years
and never even got his opportunity while lesser opponents did. No one can
even realistically mention one fighter that Thurman avoided.

 

Hey hater, who has offered to fight Crawford and had Crawford turn them down? Thurman just said he wasn't interested in fighting Spence or Crawford. Get a clue?

Yet you haven't bitched a bit about Spence or any other "weight bullies." And you seem to forget Postol and Indongo were both bigger than Crawford. You really don't care about those things but just need an excuse to hate on Cawford.

 

I hope Thurman takes on Spence next year cuz if he doesn't, he's gonna lose me as a fan. especially in recent interviews he talks a lot of crap about building a legacy for himself.

wins over Porter & Garcia are good but it's not enough to say he had a legacy. he needs more quality wins imo
