No we dont need to blame no trainer, Manny Pacquiao is in his 30's he is going to have moments where he looks like **** it happens to all of them, think about it, it was 2003 when he first fought Barerra thats nearly 10 years at this level.
He is going to continue to decline its quite obvious, the Pacquiao that fought Oscar would have finished Mosley, would likely have done better against Marquez in a rematch and likely fought more than 30 seconds per round against BRadley.

His only bad performance was JMM 3...and even in a bad performance he still was able to be more than competitive with JMM.
