Can we mention JML/Gamboa in future Donaire threads?

    He is got to face the winner of the Bantam tournament and FW is 2 divisions up, but I always get carried away

    What is the limit for Donaire?

    why not. Its still very ambitious at the moment and he'll have a few tough fights on his way up the divisions but it is a possibility for a few years.
    At the minute i just want to see him in with the Agbeko/Mares winner. The stumbling block for these potential fights maybe if Gamboa/Lopez keep moving up themselves. I dont think Donaire is equipped to move up to lightweight/light welter etc but then again I would have said that about Pacman a few years ago

    Donaire is huge for his weight, and I was really concerned for Montiel going into this fight. At some point, I'd love to see him in with JML. However, as Chatty has said, that may be unlikely if JML moves up by then.

    My progression for Donaire would be

    May - Phillipines Homecoming, how about mandatory fight
    July-September - Bantamweight Tournament Winner
    November/December - WV2
    March-May - Another (Rico Ramos)
    August - Guilermo Rigondeaux
    Decemer - JML or Gamboa
