Floyd Mayweather fights are some of the most boring fights i have ever seen, the man doesnt come to fight he comes to shoulder roll attacks, not get landed on, land a couple of his own and get the hell out of dodge and then repeat all night long Awful viewing of a runner but these are his tactics, he doesnt change them as its a winning formula for him. He also has a history of beating women. Yet he is lauded as one of the greatest ever.

Fury imposed his tactics, put in a wonderful performance by making it a damn ugly to watch fight, he doesnt beat any women but gets pure hate for being a woman hater and putting in an awful display. Floyd would get credit for taking sweets of children while Fury would get lambasted if he saved the world from an alien invasion. Just the way life and its double standards work.

So Willy Pep wasn't a master boxer?

Why do something the hard way when you can do it the easy way?

Fury went into Germany and toyed with Wlad. Easiest fight of his career. Wlad was lost. He didn't have a clue what was happening . :jaja-no::clap:

In another parallel universe, in another timeline. If Fury took the rematch with Klitschko last year. He would have been exposed for the one hit wonder that he is. He was lucky on that particular night, that his gypsy voodoo seemed to work, and Wlad forgot his balls for the first 10 rounds. Had Klitschko applied the pressure in rounds 11 and 12, in the second fight. Then it would be a 6 or 7 round demolition job. Joshua can win on points, and he can knock Klitschko out. Fury can only win by arm slapping his way to judge victories.

Wlad was putting on snoozfests for 10 years prior. He was the reason the HW Championship was relegated to Eurosport and EPIX. He made a mockery of what used to the the greatest prize in sports.

Answer me this - why did you have a problem with Fury in one fight but had no problem when Wlad tarnished the sport with boring illegal hug fests for 10 whole years ?

wow people are still crying over this? move on, There are way too many question marks over this fight for it to ever be conclusive, it might have been a masterful performance or Wlad might just not mentally been there and was unable to let his hands go, This is why the rematch needed to happen and fury only has him self to blame for that.

One win over an old wlad doesn't make you an ATG, That gose for AJ too, you have to beat all the best prime guys in your era, fury hasn't beat one of them.

If Fury did take the blood test by the British drug testing agency, it would have turned out PED positive. Why would he make such a fuss about drug testing if he were clean. The likely truth is Fury would have been caught, and his title win ruled a NC. He would have been suspended for his disgraceful actions too. He's nothing but a cheater, but he knows that. So does the bomb squad......

No. He executed a shrewd game plan brilliantly on one particular night. He then bitched out on a rematch (twice) and refused to defend his titles, robbing fans of a career and casting perpetual doubt over his own accomplishments. If those doubts will truly haunt you to the grave (and I hope for your sake that you are exaggerating here because - no offense - but you must have lived a pretty boring life if you still give a **** about this in 40+ years time) then you only have one person to blame. Fury.

If you want to believe he wasn't a one off and that he'd have beat Wlad in the rematch if it weren't for his gross implosion, that's your prerogative. Equally it is my prerogative to believe he was a flash in the pan who capitalised on Uncle Peter's theory that Wlad would freeze up and forget to let his hands go if presented with somebody who would get on their bike, but that it would not have worked two times in a row. The difference is I don't start threads preaching this viewpoint to make myself feel more vindicated in my opinion, I just move on with it and enjoy the rest of the boxing world that he refused to be a part of. To quote the big oaf himself - "It is what is is, ennit?"

There was no coincidence, that Eddie Chambers was hanging around the Fury camp training with the gyspy clan in around that time. Unknown to most, fast Eddie was actually a mole sent by the bomb squad. Deontay was curious to how Tyson managed to improve his stamina, and lose his body fat, after starching Cunningham, and getting dropped by Pajkic. Eddie did alot of digging around the travellers gym, and found a secret room at the back. There were syringes on the shelf, with Tyson's, and Hughie's names on it I believe. I don't think they were for allergies either.

I am as big a fan of Tyson Fury as anyone here, I just didn't see Fury/Klitschko as being a good fight. I like Tyson both in and out of the ring and have enjoyed many of his fights just not this one. In fact, I would have scored the fight for him wider than the official judges did.

The feints, speed and movement were great and he was making Wlad miss, he just rarely made him pay. The utter lack of offense by either guy ruined the fight for me. Both fighters were reluctant to engage and it amounted to 10 "feeling out" rounds.

I don't care who you are but 10 landed punches per round COMBINED from both men made for a lackluster championship match.

The 6'9", fast, young, skilled, Gypsy King was capable of much against the 39 year old former ATG.

Landing three more punches more than your opponent, even with excellent movement is not MASTERCLASS and you can see it when you analyze the video of Fury vs Klitschko. :)

I give hime credit for taking Vlad out of his game plan. Very difficult task to accomplish against a professional perfectionist. Unfortunately he will not be back in the sport. He is waisting his prime and not staying in shape during lay offs. He's good, but boxing is very mental. His mind is a mess! He's done as fried chicken!

Na mate, he never got a fraction of the credit he deserved. Contrast it the credit AJ got for getting beaten up by an older version of Wlad. Fury proved he's a much better boxer than AJ.
It's not my opinion. It's the cold hard facts warped by the haters.

For those saying Fury bottled a rematch, are you guys ****ing serious? He's an unbeaten professional boxer, bred to fight and had one of the easiest nights of his career in Germany. You think he bottled a rematch in Manchester? Hilarious!
He clearly had a psychological breakdown, evidenced by his cocaine use and insane weight gain.
