Well, I had it wrong tonight. Hopefully, Kownacki can pick up the pieces, lose some weight, learn a little head movement, and go forward, because regardless of tonight, a heavy who throws 70 punches a round does not come along every day. As for Helenius, maybe he is finally back. His career started so well, but he kept injuring his hand, and then he had that horrific fight against Chisora, which most felt he lost, in which he tore his shoulder. Somehow he also picked up a frightening throat injury, and his career looked more than done as he lost to bums like Washington, and needed referee help to best Bykhoutsou. If he is back, then good for him, but now that he is a marketable commodity, can we please, please get the Chisora rematch if Del Boy wants it? He deserves the chance at some redemption.
Chisora is still a beast and this fight was a great win for Robert but not for a Chisora rematch. That was nearly 10 years ago and he got the nod, it's no point to it.
Delboy vs Hellboy II. Yeah, why not? I'd still pick Chisora to beat him, possibly by KO this time, but a man with Helenius's power could potentially upset him. He lands one of those vicious lean back uppercut, chopping right hand combinations on a bobbing and weaving Chisora and I can see a lights out KO.
True, can you imagine if by some weird turn of events Chisora beats Usyk, then Joshua would have Charles Martin as his IBF mandatory, Helenius his WBA mandatory and Chisora his WBO mandatory. It would be one of the worst run of title defences by a unified champion ever lol.
Wouldn't want to see Chisora take on that ferocious finish pastry chef, that would be just too cruel. Helenius KO Chisora in 5 rounds! lol
Helenius isn't going to fight anyone now until he gets a title shot , probably Joshua if he beats Pulev. Or he could get the winner of Fury Wilder but he's not going to risk his current spot on anything less.
