and start calling it a business? A greedy, greedy, manipulative business. In a SPORT the best compete against the best. In a sport you can't just take two fights, lose 3 rounds out of 24, and go on a vacation. In a sport you can't dodge people because of promotion. In a sport you get the best to fight the ****ing best. I'm so mad right that I've been following this Mayweather Pacquiao thing since the beginning. Made me realize how little boxing does for its fans.

IM ANGRY! /rage :fire :fire :fire

And yes he can go on vacation whenever he wants, he isn't on a contract that says he has to fight 3-4 times a year.

    Stay on topic.

Seems like every promotion team has their own 'set of rules'. Drug testing, fines, boxing gloves, ring size ...

Boxing is also badly 'governed'. There's like 14 or 15 boxing sanctioning bodies.

I wanted to see Mayweather vs Pacquiao so bad twice now, and I can't believe I'm hating on my favorite sport.

You shouldn't be mad at boxing. You should be mad at Floyd Mayweather Jr. He's been doing this same thing since 2002. It's only now that it's high-profile enough for people to take notice. He was a great lightweight champion, but he hasn't been there for 8 years now. His reigns at 140 and 147 have been the biggest shams in boxing. I'm just glad the masses are finally taking notice. This guy will be nowhere when it comes to ATG talks of the distant future.

Boxing has always been a business, however Floyd has taken the sport to a very **** place. One of the most popular guys in the sport is damaging it, yet everyone involved in boxing wants to join in and make a fast buck from the numb ****. All while the integrity of the sport goes down the pan.....
