apparantly paul williams is at continious training to keep his weight down, so his walk around weight is really at his training weight, while the likes of cotto is from a break from training. paul williams trainer has admitted that paul williams weight would balloon if they had breaks like these others boxers, so don't take the walk around weight as an argument that he can make 147 comfortably.

This is true. Walk around weight has little to do with actual size. Paul looked literally anorexic at his last few weigh-ins at 147, and I think weight trouble is why he looked so sluggish vs CQ. After being at the higher weights for so long I don't think going back down is a good idea, those last few pounds will hurt.
