Is that possible...3 or 4 more years?

He has right now dominated for 2 years. He would be 35 years old in 2011.

Vlad can stay on top for a long time, should have no problem fighting until he is 37 or so. He stays in shape, takes good care of his health and that means a lot.

I am of the opinion that he will lose again in the next two years. I just still think he is vulnerable, be we will see.

I agree. As person gets older he is subject to more injuries, but I think he will know when to quit. He is training smart.

I dont think that he is talking about injuries, I think that he is talking aobut his chin.

I dont think that Wlad has dominated anything over the last two years, he beat a couple of fighters that are clearly at the end of the road. Brewster was coming off a lose, Byrd and Brock lost soon after losing to Wlad, and Ray Austin?? I dont think that I need to even say anything about him.

No Wlad cant dominate, his chin is too weak to dominate. I think that Wlad will be knocked out in one of his next several fights and give up boxing altogether.

Vlad does not have a weak chin and his skills are unreal, he is quick. He is way above the others. Vlad is in great shape for his fight and so is Sultan, he will beat the best Sultan. Vlad is trying to unify the titles, but Don King is trying to stop him. Bring 'em on.......

Sometimes Wlad looks awkward and uncomfortable in the ring but his size, jab, and power are too much for most of his opponents. We'll have a better idea if Wlad can dominate till 2011 after he fights some of the other champs.

He hasnt fought anyone of significance in 2 years so hasnt dominated as such. On the other hand there is nobody except Vitali who will beat him so he can last as long as he wants. If there was anybody who might actually land a punch on him, they could win but Sultan has zero chance and only got the WBO belt from a overwieght statuesque asthmatic Briggs after drawing with the great Ray Austin and has done nothing other than outpoint a 46 year old Holyfield that everybody agreees should not be fighting any more. Beyond the hyp eof so called unification the reality is that the Maskaev vs. Peter winner will have a truer claim on THE championship sinc ethat lineage comes from Lewis and Vitali the last 2 recognised champs, Lewis as Undisputed and lineal, Vitali as Ring champ at least even if you dont acknowledge the lineal status they gave him at the time.

If they keep picking his opponents carefully he can be champ for the next 4 years or so

You are right, farmboxer! Wlad can stay on the top for a very long time.Who is really out there who has the tools to beat him? Of course a big banger like Peter or Virchis always has a puncher's chance, but I for my part wouldnt bet a single coin on either Peter or Virchis against Wlad.
Povetkin is an excellent boxer, but he would be the underdog against Wlad.Thats for sure!
Valuev has the size, but does he have the punch, tools, and determination to defeatd Wlad.I very much doubt it!
Fighters like Solis,Boytsov, and other young guns still needs some years before they can take on a fighter like Wlad.
Dimitrenko? Bidenko? Briggs? McCline? Ruiz? Brook? Samil Sinan Sam? I wouldnt bet a single coin on them against Wlad.
Wlad wont fight his brother so that Vitaly is out of the game.
Yep! Wlad can dominate his weight division for the next few years.

Yes. Wlad is in his prime right now. A time when physical skills, technique and experience are at high levels.

In fact, Wlad himself thinks he is faster now than he was in his lower 20's

The extremely big heavyweights tend to last a long time these days.

Things that make primes go by quickly are not being in shape and taking a beating in the ring. Wlad is always in great shape, and he does not take Riddick Bowe or Evander Holyfield type of beatings

    Yes.

At this point all I want is for somebody to get these belts together, and I don't care who does it.

Haye? He struggled with Mormeck, and was stopped by Thompson.
Haye hasnt accomplised anything at all at heavy weight so far. Therefore you should stay calm and not count your chickens before they are hatched.
Haye has to prove a lot before anyone takes him serious at heavy weight.
