Can you defend Lederman's scorecard of Lomachenko-Lopez?

Yep. Like I keep saying, if Loma had home refs and judges like his US counterparts do he would still be undefeated. Salido would've been rightfully DQ'd for that obscene amount of low blows against any of the top American fighters and there's zero chance he wouldn't have had points deducted. Most people had Teo winning 7-5 IIRC. I'm not saying that Loma deserved to win but we've seen many a foreigner get robbed over there for winning by 7 or 8 rounds.

    7-5 Lopez on my scorecard.

Lomachenko could’ve salvaged a draw in the 12th on my card, but Lopez just wanted it more.

Loma has gotten the shaft more than any other top fighter this side of GGG. Women judges seem to have it out for him.
The lederman scorecard reeked of corruption at its highest level.

It's strange those cards in all three instances were from female judges but that wasn't what I was getting at. They're all American but either way those scores are criminal. It might sound like I'm nitpicking about scoring 2 rounds for Nakatani but that's like scoring 2 rounds for Lacy against Calzaghe.

Loma was royally screwed in 2 of his first 3 fights in the US. Salido should've been DQ'd or at the very, very least had multiple deducted and, as said, just 1 point deducted from his score and the fight would've bee a draw. And Loma beat the crap out of GRJ. It wasn't remotely close, a 10-2, possibly 10-3 fight if you're being generous to GRJ and even then he only edged the rounds Loma took his foot off the pedal and you could make a good argument for Loma winning those ones too IIRC

    No, he did not.

But it was not a one-sided battering as many claim, either. Indeed, Loma landed a very good shot and was backing Lopez up as the round concluded.

Manny Pacquiao, Artur Beterbiev and Marvin Hagler brought their own judges. The judges were their fists. Loma needs to do that.

Hagler believed, with some justification, that he beat Leonard and the judges jobbed him.

Prime Hagler wouldn't have needed judges. Leonard was smart to wait him out.

Leonard came out of retirement to challenge Hagler for the middleweight crown, a weight he'd never campaigned at.
