The real question here is how much more man-ass you'll get if you're successful.

Triceps are way more important than biceps. More important than both are your legs and back

Yes but water retention is normal, it won't make you look fat. He may know what he's talking about for building a specific body, but in my opinion (take it however you want), sacrificing health for a specific look is just not worth it. You can look good while being healthy. If you have the dedication and discipline to follow that health draining plan just to get bigger biceps imagine what you can do if you focus it on eating healthy and working out your whole body. Just food for the thought :good

Bodybuilders, and pretty much all people who want to achieve any type of "gym body" without any practical reasons rooted in either health or athletic ambitions (that is to say, seeking purely aesthetic value and the cosmetic facade of fitness for vanity) - are idiots. Across the board, that isn't even a mere generalization. It's a full-on sweeping blanket statement. :good

I think there's a little bit more to it than that. If the goal is to look good, but you have no regard to your physical performance or health, just aesthetics, and trying to reach your ideal looks through diet and exercise hinders your health and you actually become slower, less flexible, etc. Than yes, that's a pretty stupid decision that could earn the "idiot" label. If you have the interest to look better physically but you still give priority to your health, and exercise in a way where you get stronger, leaner, but are not tight and slower (improving on these would be even better, but I guess maintaining is fine too), than you're probably not an "idiot"(at least regarding workouts and the reasoning behind it), and probably not any more vane than your average person, you're just someone willing to do something productive towards it.

Losing weight to fast, that guy hasnt returned my call and my biceps have shrunk plus ive been getting headaches...he said i would be and strong just feel im looking weird now.

Only thing is he said dont do squats, rows, chins ups, bench press, deadlift as his method is a secret method on how to look ripped and and have really big biceps. I would give him 50 dollers a month for him to keep my programme and now im not hearing anything.
