Fights that were exciting but tragic like Benn-McClellan, Quiroga-Anifowoshe, Eubank-Watson 2, or even Mancini-Kim (which I have never seen and never want to)???

Or do you find it too tough to watch again?

I can't. I remember watching Ring of Fire, and the Paret-Griffith fight was tough to watch.

The only one I've actually watched live that I can think of offhand was Darchinyan-Burgos

    No way.
Thats how it hurts me when I see posters saying "So & so is going to be killed by this guy"

Cos I think death & bad injuries are such a real threat in every fight that boxing fans should know better.

I cant re-watch tragic fights & it breaks my heart when I see boxing fans predict fighters will be "murdered, killed" & **** like that on this forum. Its only a sport after all, & people shouldnt tempt fate.

I watched Benn-McClellan, Eubank-Watson 2, and Mancini-Kim after I already knew what happened. So it was really hard to enjoy watching the action in those fights, but the sick feeling wasn't the same as when I watched Darchinyan-Burgos live. It really makes you respect and appreciate every fighter when you see someone collapse in the ring like that. So ****ing sad.

Does anyone know how Victor Burgos is now? Is his condition similar to McClellan's?

I do but I dont feel great knowing the tragic outcome---Take BENN if they did'nt push him back into the ring would Gerald have survived that fight only to suffer a similar fate 2 fights down the road ???? Its a very sad reality in boxing---:smoke :smoke Like lightning --you never no when its your number.
