can you make a living just being a sparring partner?

    good sparring partners can even win world titles... just ask Corrie Sanders

    No. You'd make more money working full time at McD's. Of course, there might be 5-6 guys who are exceptions, because they're the favourites of stars like Pacquiao, who will buy you a house as a wedding gift, but even that was a gift, it wasn't pay for sparring.

    Just to put it into perspective. Even someone like Manfredo Jr. had to have a second job, because he couldn't make a living out of boxing.

    I don't think there is one sparring partner who isn't also a pro who doesn't have a second job.
    Sparring partners are all would-be pros, or pros who are waiting for their next big fight, or pros who are past their best and never getting the big fights again.

    I just wanted to add that Pac didn't even pay for his whole crib. He gave him the downpayment which was $10k if I remember correctly. And the reason Manfredo Jr. had to get back to work was because he lost almost all of his money in poor real estate investments.
