Can you name a fight where the man going down in weight won?

Off the top of my head I can't recall a fight where the man going down, either a catch weight or an entire division, actually won the fight. Can someone enlighten me and list examples?

The only fights I can think of was when the fighter went down, was "drained", and lost.

    Roy Jones-Tarver I
Gomez after he lost to Sanchez he went back down to 122 for a while and continued with his dominance at the weight.
Leaonard-Hearns I (leonard came down from 154 where he beat Kalule for the 154 title)
    Hearns-Roldan.

Thomas Hearns went from 160 up to 175 where he stopped Andries in ten rounds then he went back down to 160 to stop Roldan in four rounds.

Then he got stopped himself to the shock of everybody by Barkley in three rounds also at 160.

There are quite a few, I think, who have briefly stepped up in weight, then come back down with no harm done.

But I'm not sure I can think of anyone who spent a long time at a higher weight before dropping down with any success, though.

    There must be someone.

Yea that's what I meant. Guys that spend years at a higher weight, and then drop down for a big money fight and actually win.

So I take it it doesn't happen often? Seems like it happened more in the past.

Jones Jr really messed himself up doing that after the Ruiz fight, going up in weight is clearly a lot easier than dropping weight, all you have to do is study the sport.

Porter actually fought at 160 and then at 154 before moving down to 147.

Sung Kil Moon moved from 118 to 115 and won world titles at both!

Recently Novoa, Rodriguez and Takayama moved down with success!

Most of Archie Moore's LHW title defenses, he fought regularly at HW and would cut down to defend the title.

Maxim and Pastrano were HW contenders for a good while who dropped down to win the LHW title.

If your the better fighter/ star why would you go down? The question is - when has a fighter gone down and still been favourite to win? What i mean by that is forget the catchweight, its still rare the guy who should win, doesnt.
