Or is he the last on the list:yep

    :deal

    Please make suggestions below

Thrown this out to the British forum and so far we have Ken Buchanon (not a ATG), Barrera (I laughed too) and James Toney (Seriously).

Nobody can because the Welsh Rabbit is not an ATG.

I believe he is better than James Tony. Oscar is considered as an ATG and i rate Joe higher. Tito is too and i rate Joe higher. If anyone does'nt agree with that, fair enough, but there is no way you will sway my opinion.

He's a slapper that's why he is called slappy.

    Thoroughly forgettable.

Maybe he is but he slapped his way to 46 victories with notoriously brittle hands so he must have some talent.

 on what basis? more accomplishments?better fighters on his resume?his ability to push himself to his limits by moving from his comfort zone? no it must be that silly 0 at the end of his record

He doesn't win a career-for-career debate vs. anyone from: RJJ, PBF, PACQUIAO, DLH, B-HOP.

Nor anyone from: Morales, Mosley, Tito or Toney.

It's a tough-ask for him to have a better resumé than anyone out of the following: Marquez, Barrera & Lennox.... plus even Winky & Naseem Hamed upon close examination.

The simple fact is this, if he had lost his 0 to B-Hop... and the Split-D had been the other way (could easily have happened)... all of the above fighters I have listed, it would be difficult to successfully argue for JoeCal being above them.. even that 3rd group of fighters.
