All different reasons. Some because of skill level and heart and entertainment. Some because of machismo and Ayres-Rigby...what better way to end a fight.
I would love to harp back into archives and pick out some more older fights but i feel emotionally connected to these fights. Watching them live...doesn't get any better.

Did anyone mention Ricardo Lopez vs Rosendo Alvarez?

You know, recently Adamek vs Briggs 1 + 2 were uploaded as a free leech to WBVA and I didn't know of them fights. Both great fights. I preferred the 1st.

 

Lopez Alvarez I and II, were class really nice tactical fights. Alvarez is pretty good, was impressed with him.
