fyi: if it's 100% pain medication, why the need for an exception ? if it's (torodol) completely legal, why the need for permission??? I was under the impression it was only used for injuries , the exact thing pac and his team claimed to be 100% made up bs.

How do you reconcile the fact that Pac asked for a TUE before, gets denied yet they apply one for Fluid 18 days after the fight? Can anyone explain how this happens?
