The only reason why he went back to the UK was because it was a bigger market than Canada and he could develop his skills there more than here.
If Canada boxing scene would have been what it is now , there a good chance Lewis would never had this british accent
True dat! but wait, we do not have any good heavyweight boxers . . . what am I saying there are no good heavyweight boxers . . . lol

DO any fellow canadians remember olympic silver medalist Mark Leduc? He went to my church during his rise in the amateurs and visited the church time to time around his Olympic run. He came out of the closet gay shortly after going pro. He won the Canadian Super Lightweight belt in '93 and retired. The crazy thing is I just googled him and never heard that he died in 2009. FUK. that's crazy. I had a couple conversations with him at church when I was only 14 and he was very humble. I looked up to him a lot but have to admit when he turned gay it was a let down, although still a great guy I'm sure. http://www.thestar.com/sports/article/671345
Now don't take this the wrong way, but what's a gay man doing at a church? I thought church's disliked gays?
