Two very fun to watch beltholders achieved major wins and in TV friendly fashion in the last 2 weeks. I find this interesting. It would be nice to see boxing grow even more in another country

Boxing has been alive and well in the province of Quebec. Its the rest of the country that needs to catch up. Besides Steve Molitor, there are not that many respectable fighters (yet) out there in Ontario and all of the other provinces.

When it comes to fight sports Quebec is head and shoulders above the rest of the country. Makes me wonder why...

pretty easy to see why. they have successful fighters coming out of that area. whether its GSP in mma or Bute and pascal in boxing.

Bute is, by far, the best 168 lb. champion in the world. No wonder Ward would not allow Bute to fight in his own personal tournament, even thought Ward refused to fight in the tournament unless he could have all his fights in his home town.
