Not a bad nights boxing from Canada, I enjoyed the Heron Vs Alvarez fight, I enjoyed the main event.

The Heavyweight fight was grim though, I was so bored I even thought about waking my wife up for some loving.. yeah It was that bad.

I kinda get it tho. The ref wants to make sure that no accidents happen or illegal tactics, but once you starts throwing out warnings... well you better start taking points.

    Takeaway from the fight

Stevenson - still dangerous despite being 40 years old , very good power in both hands , does tire in last half of the fight

Jack - not the biggest LHW , can be hurt to the body , recuperates well and good endurance , fights to his strengths , throws effective combinations

Good fight, they should do a rematch though I don't see it happening. The rematch would at least keep them both safe from from the Russians for a little longer.

Jack's strategy in the early rounds played a bit of a double-edge sword for him. I think that was the way Jack should have fought, he had to weather the storm in the early rounds, but he lost a lot of rounds that way.......Still was a very good fight, i would like to see a rematch later on.

I just want to see Beterbiev brutally stop the other titleholders the same we all thought he would after the Cloud and Campillo fights.

Stevenson is still dangerous & he took some low blows in this fight,Jack could have had a point taken.

Jack didn't win the clearer rounds bc the easiest rounds to score were the first 6.

it became a war a bit after that where Stevenson won at least 2 rounds after 6.

the match shouldnt have been a draw.

Jack had 2 more dominating rounds but that doesn't win you the fight it were keeping score.

Stevenson had the best round however and looked to hurt Jack..Stevenson wasn't hurt.

People who know what they're doing score rounds bc that's the scoring criteria you dope.

Jack's a beast... And Adonis is far from some terrible unworthy titlist or anything.

Hopefully they rematch? Don't see Kovalev, Bivol, and Artur being more appealing to either when this rematch probably makes relatively the same or more coin.

    Kova-Stevenson would probably do better.

This was one of those fights where if boxing were scored like baseball Jack would have won. But, since all rounds are essentially created equal in boxing, a draw was the appropriate result.

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to read through the bulk of opinion and see that a Draw seems the most fair possible result. Unless, of course, you're one of those guys that cries "robbery!" in 115-113 fights.
