Rojas Díaz is continuing to bombard Xu downstairs with double left upper-hooks in the lungs and then big right uppercuts splitting the guard to set up his looping head shots. Xu is able to quickly trot outside, plant his feet, and land three or four unanswered straights on the face of Rojas Díaz but soon has to flee once more as Rojas Díaz pumps out slower but heavier body to head combos.

Round 3

Rojas Díaz is walking Xu down, loading up on big uppercuts & hooks with both hands. Xu is starting to unfold long jabs into the face and skewer the side of Rojas Díaz's head with rights as well. Rojas Díaz keeps attempting to pin Xu on the ropes but can not quite pin him down as Xu is able to sidestep while flurrying. Rojas Díaz starts to pour on the heat but Xu answers in kind! Both throwing and landing a ton of leather!

Round 4

Rojas Díaz is drubbing the body with underhanded sequences and then loading up with can-openers aiming for Xu's head, but Xu is able to bivouac himself off the ropes while curling a right hand around the forearm, banging Rojas Díaz on the chin. Lots of very crisp & timely counters from Xu, just lacking the power to consistently hold Rojas Díaz at bay. The body shots of Rojas Díaz are starting to slow Xu's movement down, however.

Round 5

Rojas Díaz is ripping the body now and starting to bring up a few clipping upper-hooks or downward slashes across the jaw for every couple of plugs downstairs. Xu is waiting his turn and dumping long volleys of straight punches on Rojas Díaz when he tires and shells up, and sometimes artfully threading between the gloves to score, but his are simply not as damaging as Rojas Díaz's stuff. Xu looking to wilt a bit now, from the accumulation...

Round 6

Rojas Díaz is surprised early by a sustained assault from Xu, nonstop piston combos, jabs & crosses inflaming the bridge of the nose and reddening the space between his eye sockets. Rojas Díaz starts to gain control, tossing big wrecking balls at the midsection with both hands while bowling Xu into the ropes with a shoulder-down charge. Xu is able to ride it out and continue to land flurries, always just enough ahead of Rojas Díaz to not let him get too much purchase on his body shots, and evading most of his less frequent headhunting.

Round 7

Rojas Díaz is gassed now, plodding after Xu and flipping uppercuts at hi, delivered in bursts of three or four at once from just below his chest out to near Xu's chin, but nearly all caught on the arms. Xu is turning him and countering with jabs, also mixing in his own reinvigorated body attack, mostly far-flung reaching left hooks on the liver, which seems to be paying some dividends as each one causes Rojas Díaz to pause a moment before stepping forward. Xu snapping his jab with authority, dominating at mid-range. Big swings and misses from Rojas Díaz, until the final ten seconds, lands a chopping overhand right and then a left hook but not enough to steal it.
