Golovkin fans are something else. Why did you have to make this thread? Couldn't you say this in the other threads already made on this subject?

Yeah only GGG haters should applaud this... I don't see why Canelo fans or real Fans of the sport of Boxing will applaud this foolish move.

I don't think anyone is applauding this. It's just people are not seeing this with a glass half full. Canelo has more options than Golovkin and this move shows he can still make money without him. If Golovkin wants that fight and make that payday he must fight below 160.

Hasn't earned his shot? Rubbish!! He is the Mandatory and has been the Mandatory for a very long time now. Don't matter who he's fought he is the legitimate Mando! Sergio Martinez avoided him and fought Cotto. Cotto Avoided him and fought Geale and Canelo. Canelo avoided him and took on Khan... HE deserves his shot at the title... But Canelo will rather just give up the belt instead of Fighting like a true Mexican Champion!

Didn't GGG say anyone from 154-168 even 175, how about Canelo at 155?

If MAB or Chavez Sr. met Cancelo on an event they'd slap him now for disrespecting their history.

I never said that. Lol. Ridicule him I don't care, but Canelo doesn't need Golovkin to make money, that's a stone cold fact.

This is very clear cut in my eyes. Camelo doesn't really want to fight GGG no matter what he says. His actions speak louder than his empty words. He's simply done a "Rid**** Bowe" move.

Canelo was holding the title that is contested at 160. He was making up his own rules that fighters must come in 5lbs below the titles weight limit. Who is he to impose these rules on anyone ? GGG should get that belt and fight whoever the WBC put in place to contest it with him. Then we will have the true 160 champion...not some 154lb fraudster hogging it.

GGG is a real natural middleweight. He is no.1 mando, so he fights for that title next at 160. Simple as that. Canelo can go play with the light middleweights as that's really what he is. Let the big boys fight for the 160 title.
