Canelo’s 3 PBC opponents were Jermell, Jermall…and Spence

You are making the assumption that DB's name never came up, when Canelo was initially offered a one-fight deal for Benavidez... which he rejected.

PBC thought that they could double-dip by making money off of Canelo while using Canelo's name to build up Benavidez. They were wrong.

But they did take care of Benavidez. It's not their fault that Canelo doesn't want to fight him, and it would have helped if the WBC had done their job and simply enforced DB's position as interim champ AND mandatory.

Not enough is being said about WBC's corruption in the matter.
