He's arguably not even top 10, let alone top 5. I'd put the likes of Canelo, Mbilli, Munguia, Iglesias, Derevyanchenko, Sadjo, Plant, Pacheco, Scull, Shishkin, and Bazinyan in front of him personally. He's mostly fought abject bums and journeymen and the few live bodies he has fought he's needed gift decisions to scrape past. Berlanga just isn't very good, he's not a legit guy. He got dropped by Marcelo Coceres after all.
