Jacobs played hardball to the point it looked like he was pricing himself out - his previous reluctace to enforce his mando position didn't help on this front - whereas Khan actually used money as a way to duck Kell Brook.

Well said totally agree,PPV is an awful model anyway,look what Ward does to entertain his loyal fans on PPV he goes into stink mode,if a PPV does mega numbers we get told the truth most likely but when they don't do well nobodies in a hurry to tell us how many it did and even the often trolled out 300.000 is more likely about half that.
One more thing and this is important the money side is zero to do with the public so whenever we hear numbers being blurted out we should be ver suspicious about their reasons for making it public,not heard a peep out of Spence v Brook re money and yet it's been made,Ward v Kovalev was done similar,Oscar thinks the public are stupid when he and his fighter actions are completely the opposite to what they're implying,sure he has a few on here who'll cling to it but let's just see come Sep what their plans are cause they're in damage control and have been ever since they vacated that belt.
