Martinez can make the weight he's fighting Cotto and (presumably Canelo) at. No need for catchweight.

What are you having trouble understanding? Martinez can make 154 with no problems. It's only 4lbs less than what he weighed in at in his last fight. The fight would be at 154, where he spent the majority of his career. He moved up to middle for a big fight against Pavlik, not because he outgrew the division.
