pretty sure so-called hawking radiation can escape from a black hole, from recalling reading stuff way over my head, but yeah, canelo isn't radiating that kind of energy.

Yup, read Kip Thorne's book Black Holes and Time Warps where he explains it in detail. Can't remember the mechanism in great detail but iirc the immense tidal pull of the black hole causes vaccum fluctuations to form into pairs of virtual particles which split; the one is pulled into the event horizon and the other flies off as energy ie Hawking radiation.

 Not at all ... just a layman's understanding of the process. This goes into more depth:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawking_radiation

I'm pleased to say that the way I remembered it is more or less correct. I heartily recommend Thorne's book, previously mentioned. I found the way he discussed quantum mechanics and relativity accessible and immensely interesting.

Well with Oscar & A. Byrd in his corner he can! BTW Has anyone noticed how much GGG is beginning to look like Vladimir Klitschko as he ages!

Why is GGG fighting small guys again when he should be fighting at light heavyweight, fighters his size not blown up welterweight fighters, this is why he will win again anyway. Hell at 15 years old he was fighting at middle weight, at 15 . Hell at 15 , i was 125 pounds i am 50 now and walk around at 155 . Canelo at 15 was a welterweight , GGG at 15 was a middle weight, what do you think he walks around at? 190, maybe and he's not a big eater, like Canelo who walks around at 200 , but he eats like a pig, like Hatton.

GGG is just to big for Canelo period and it will show in the fight like it did with Brook

And Canelo is just a blown up welterweight, that is why he couldn't really hurt those welterweight fighters he fought, even outweighing them by 20 pounds on fight night.

Just like James Toney in High school was a 200 pound quarterback, that is why he could move up in weight up to heavy weight and hurt them to. He was a natural light heavyweight or cruiserweight like GGG .

Canelo gets wrecked to bad his fighting heart will get him beat to a pulp, corner will throw the towel in if they care for him.

I think you're missing the big picture here. Golden Boy's goal is to make a trilogy out of this. $$$$$$$$

As a fan I want to see the winner move on to the next victim.

it isn't our right to root for Canelo that's being challenged. It's the logic which motivates us to believe that he stands a chance that is being criticized.

I picked GGG for a stoppage on this one and based on what I saw will confidently pick Canelo in the rematch.
