I don't know how to make GIFs. I had a friend do it for me.

We made that one since Alvarez reminds us a bit of a younger Floyd. He's patient and picks his shots, doesn't go all out cholo style.

Alvarez was on the undercard of Floyd's most recent fight, so maybe he picked up the pull-counter idea there.:think

i must be the onloy one to think his chick isnt all that. i like his style in the ring though. can be vulnerable but yet always finds a way to get the job done. will be intersting to se ehow he adapts to the better fighters as he matures.

Had to make the GIF myself. The left hook really shocked Cuello who didn't expect the punch to come around the gloves and it was a brutal beating from then on. In the 6th (about 2mins remaining) in fact he used Canelo's left shoulder as a towel. :scaredas: Bigtime beatdown.

There are blacks in Mexico. Africa is considered the third root. During the slave trade the Yucatan was a hub. Yanga was a slave and he is a national hero in Mexico as well. most Afro-Mexicans can be found in La Costa Chica and Veracruz. Many Blacks have also came to mexico by way of Cuba as well.

Big fan of Alvarez. he is built like a ****in tank for a 19 year old, looks as strong as an ox. I dont think he should go after the likes of Berto or anyone like that just yet. I'd say in about 3 or 4 fights time he will be ready, although I doubt he will be making welterweight in a years time.

I wouldn't be surprised to see this guy gas out in his late twenties due to starting so early.
