You can't rob another high profile fighter twice in Super Fights and not have negative consequences to go along with the positives. Canelo can't have his cake and eat it too.

You have to blame the judges and the establishment of boxing. They are the ones who dictate these bogus outcomes. Definitely agree with you, CA should take some of the criticism but it's not the first time a marquee boxer has gotten preferential treatment and sadly, it won't be the last.

My score for the fight was 112-116 Gonzalez. The average on boxrec of 115 fan submitted scorecards was 112.62-115.4 Gonzalez. Not close at all. A clear Gonzalez win. Everyone at the time cried robbery.

Canelo first & foremost is a MANUFACTURED champion. A good looking kid that can fight Vegas & the NSAC caught on fast. Got behind him ,protected him & he was anointed successor to Floyd as Vegas Cash Cow
Bivol wasn't only the second man to beat him. GGG beat him twice but got screwed by corruption. Let him go to Kazakstan to fight GGG & see how he tares ?? The judges in the Bivol fight screwed up they were supposed to make Canelo the winner LOL Heads will roll

They got it wrong in the sense that Canelo only lost by 2 points when he should have lost by 8 - 12 points.

Many thought Chocolatito won 7-8 rounds (including me) but there was very little agreement which 7-8 rounds those were.

I think there was only one round where the RBR thread was near unanimous. It was a really tough fight to score. I was upset Chocolatito lost after a spectacular performance and I could have predicted that Estrada was going to get the benefit of the doubt for business reasons, but I think you can honestly find an Estrada win in there somewhere.

It's just shitty that it would never accidentally fall Chocolatito's way in that match-up.

Judging from the average round by round scores of 115 fans who submitted their cards to Boxrec Roman won rounds 2,3,4,5,8,9,10, and 12. I'm happy to say that is exactly how I scored it. His biggest rounds were in order 12,5,4,2,10,9,8, and lastly 3.

Now, let's look at how compubox called it.

According to compubox, Roman outlanded Estrada the most in rounds 10(23), 12(15), 2(11), 3(11), 6(7), 9(5), 8(4), 7(1), 4(1). That's odd. Going by the numbers round ten was his most dominant. Hmm. And round five actually looks fairly even according to compubox but it was a landslide for Roman according to the fan scorecards. Estrada must have landed something powerful in the sixth too since nobody gave it to Roman despite him outlanding Estrada in both jabs and power punches that frame.

That link presents the data as if you scored it 116-112 in favor of Estrada and the fans voted in favor of Estrada. It says "Roman Gonzalez vs Juan Francisco Estrada" as if Roman's scores are on the left and Estrada's are on the right.

Is there a direct link to the boxrec fan voting that confirms that the fighter on the left is in fact Estrada and the fighter on the right is in fact Roman?
