Canelo seems to be hitting very hard but I saw he takes too long to release the right hand when he throws it as a hard power punch. On the mitts his right hand came nice and fast but on that shield he just loaded up on it too long I feel, that said it's just training so who knows how he'll throw it in the fight itself. Left hook is looking really potent though...

 

It's called also business. Maybe little bit ducking,but Canelo was smart to stay under 160pounds and collect couple of nice paychecks and raise his profile.making this GGG fight even bigger than it is. I think it's should called being smart not ducking.

El Pollo is in his prime,GGG is slipping and old. El Pollo very well could be competitive in this match without paid judges too. But it's obvious the judges are going to give it to Canelo anyway.

Canelo has only KOed two different types of fighters : undersized fighters (the ones he's been fed for the most part of his career) and glass jaw fighters (Khan, Kirkland). Canelo is not a puncher : he was marketed as one but he's never been one, he's still not. Every time he stepped up, he either lost, got the benefit of the doubt or struggled. The sparring rumors, the training videos and the look of a fighter never meant ****.

 

He looks normal.. Hes always looked strong.. Hes still fighting GGG though... That hasn't changed.. So all I see is a sense of urgency cause he knows what hes up against.. He aint fighting a smaller dude or Chavez Jr here... hes got his hands full and he knows it.. Daddy Oscar knows it too.. Same goes for GGG I saw him and he looks great and strong as hell but he also has his hands full.. They both know what theyre doing.. I think were going to have a real treat here! Only thing I dont like about Canelo is how much he avoided GGG and how much DLH protects him.. But then again.. Thats boxing

 

He won't win without utilizing his feet. Upper body movement has always
been great but you can't stay in the pocket with Golovkin, not for 12 rounds.
