    if i remember correctly, baldomir took the canelo fight on two weeks notice. in his prime, carlos would have been a solid win for any welterweight.

    Some of the Youtube comments say it might be Derek "Pooh" Ennis.

    Given the height it could be either, but it's hard to tell with the gear on.

    That crouch-in jab from outside is a trademark move of Stevie's...and the guy sparring there is alternating between a Philly shell and a "hands up and turned outward" defense, same as Stevie does.

    Then again, I can't rule out Ennis either...

    If it is Pooh Ennis, that sets up an interesting clash on the eve of Cinco De Mayo.

    The FNF main event on the Friday night before the PPV is going to be Ishe Smith (sparring with Mayweather in prep for Cotto) vs. Derek Ennis (possibly the guy recorderd there sparring with Alvarez in prep for Mosley)

    Draw to Sergio Mora at 154
    UD loss to Pacquiao at 147
    . . . . . . . WBC title shot at 154?

    Why pay out for good sparring partners when you dont need to?
