Who wins at light middleweight prime for prime. Just abit fun i think it would be a great fight for 12 with oscar stopping canelo in the 12th having been on the floor a couple of times himself of canelos body attack. Thoughts.
I think it would be a clear win for ODLH. Beating up on stiffs and bums does not make Canelo a great fighter IMO
Love Canelo, but Oscar's height, jab, handspeed, power, technical boxing and counterpunching ability, and Canelo's underdeveloped defense spell disaster for the Ginger Kid. Oscar by TKO in the 8th of a fun fight (note this applies to Canelo right now; ask this question some years down the line and it might change. I don't think we've seen the best of the ginger yet.)
Canelo will never have the skill set Oscar did. Oscar wins this easy. It would look like the Gatti fight
Lol...DLH would make mincemeat out of him. IMO De La Hoya at 154 looked the best he ever did (well, maybe tied with his time at 140, but less impressive since at 154 he didn't have a size advantage). Speed, defense, timing. Beat Castillejo, a roided up Vargas, and Mosley (don't care what the scorecards said).
