He's got two more fights with PBC and he hates Golden Boy. So itl probably be 160 Charlo but hopefully he swerves all of us and its Benavides or Morrel?

 

I'm 85% sure it's Jermall for a easy money fight.

He then can fight Morrel, Berlanga, Munguia or Benavidez.

I wouldn't mind Morrel or Berlanga after Charlo while Benavidez and Munguia get it on, and then Canelo fights the winner.

Or he can fight Munguia after Jermall, while Benavidez fights Morrel or Berlanga and then Canelo fights the winner in 2025.

 

Why would you want the number 1 contender to wait almost another 2 years to get the fight and for Canelo to be 35 and over the hill when they fight??

 

I hope it is Jermall Charlo. Both the twins deserve to be beaten, in succession.

 

It looked like like he fixed his footwork a bit in the Charlo fight. And he was a lot more composed that night vs Ryder.
But of course Jermell didn´t really offer a challenge.

 

Jermall deserves to stay retired, not to get a Canelo payday.

It's Charlo. And there could be worse than him. Canelo is cashing out. And good on him. But he lost to GGG twice and he's overrated. He should fight Tszyu and Tszyu will kill him.

 

The only guarantee is it will be a fight that disappoints.

It's a shame because Canelo has fought everyone he should have done so far up until this point.

The Golovkin fight took 2 years to make before he agreed, but this is insanity how long it's taking.

Makes total sense. Canelo is smart, its the perfect fight for him at this stage of his career.

 

Because the #2 hasn't done half of what #1 has done, and #1 has earned the right to call the shots.

In one more year #2 will be more prime than #1...

But why would you want number 1 to fight anyone else? His top contender is the fight we all want to see.
